Choose the individual-rescuer role.Add your city, activity regions and a short description alongside the basic profile.
Share a verification source.Use at least two different public rescue-case links or a verifiable organisation reference; do not upload identity documents.
Create the account and wait for review.Track the application in your profile. Listing and contact tools open after approval.

Choose the organisation role.Enter the official name, organisation type, registration country, registry number and official website.
Show your authority to represent the organisation.Add a public team or registry link and, if needed, a PDF, JPEG or PNG authority document. Do not upload an ID card or passport.
Complete the secure account.Complete email verification. The review result appears in your profile.

What is PawWings?

PawWings brings flight volunteers together in a shared flight volunteer network. It brings together rescuers, organisations and travellers on suitable routes for paws needing to reach a new home by air. PawWings is not a transport company; it facilitates safe matching and controlled contact.

Why was PawWings founded?

When organisations and individual rescuers posted flight volunteer appeals on their own social accounts, they mostly reached their existing followers. PawWings was founded to bring these scattered appeals and volunteer flights together in one place, helping paws find suitable volunteers and reach their new homes sooner.

How does it work?

Volunteers publish flight dates and routes. A rescuer or organisation selects a suitable flight and requests contact. If the volunteer accepts, contact details are shared only with the two parties. Discussion and travel preparations then take place between them.

Who can use PawWings?

Adult travellers willing to share flight details, individual paw rescuers and paw welfare organisations can create accounts. Each account type sees only the features relevant to its role.

Why are some profiles verified?

Individual rescuer and organisation profiles are reviewed by an administrator using their public records or authorisation documents before they may request contact. Flight volunteers do not need this verification step. The profile page shows the application status and any request for further information.

Are my contact details visible to everyone?

No. Phone numbers and email addresses do not appear in public calendars, listings or profile summaries. They are shared only between the relevant participants after a contact request is approved.

Does sending a request confirm the transport?

No. A request is the first step towards safe contact. The people involved must separately check airline rules, health and travel documents, carriers and route requirements before travelling.

Is PawWings free?

PawWings facilitates matching and contact as a social project. It does not collect or set airline, veterinary, document or preparation costs. The parties clarify these details after making contact.
