1. Operator and acceptance of the terms

PawWings, Maya Apps under the brand Mustafa Samet Sığırcı – Software- und App-Entwicklung operates this non-commercial social responsibility project. The operator is a sole proprietorship based in Germany.Business address: Ulzburger Str. 136, 22850 Norderstedt, Deutschland.Contact: info@pawwings.org.

By accepting the displayed version of these terms when creating a PawWings profile, you agree to use the service under these rules. Data protection is also covered in the Privacy Policy .

2. Scope of the service

PawWings is a digital matching platform where flight volunteers share public routes and availability, and verified rescuers and organisations request contact for suitable flights. PawWings:

• is not a transport company, airline, travel agency or logistics provider,
• does not provide veterinary, legal, customs or emergency services,
• does not organise, carry out or guarantee paw transport itself,
• is not a representative, employee, partner or insurer of its users,
• The MVP does not offer payments, donations, advertising or in-app chat.

PawWings' role is limited to helping potentially suitable parties find each other through a safe consent process.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. If acting for an organisation, you declare you are authorised to represent it. PawWings initially focuses on routes involving Türkiye, Germany and the Netherlands. Access from a country does not mean all transport types or activities there are lawful.

4. Account and profile security

• You must provide accurate, current information that belongs to you.
• You may not transfer your account or share it with another person.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account secure and reporting suspicious access.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, selecting a misleading role or trying to bypass verification is prohibited.
• Protected actions are unavailable until your email is verified and required profile fields are complete.

Flight volunteer profiles can become active once required fields are complete. Individual rescuer and organisation accounts require PawWings verification before sending contact requests. Administrator roles cannot be obtained through public registration.

5. Verification

Individual rescuers may be asked for a public, reviewable rescue reference. Organisations may be asked for their name, country, registration number, public website/social profile and the applicant's role. PawWings MVP does not request ID or passport files.

Verification means submitted information underwent a limited review at a particular time. It does not guarantee a person's conduct, legal authority, transport experience or future reliability. Incorrect, outdated or suspicious information may lead to further review, rejection or suspension.

6. Flight listings

Volunteers must publish only flights they genuinely plan to take, are authorised to share and have accurate dates and routes for. Update or cancel a listing promptly when availability changes. Personal contact details, sensitive data, misleading guarantees, payment demands and unlawful content are not allowed.

A public flight listing is not a transport commitment or confirmed booking. Volunteers may accept or reject a contact request without giving a reason.

7. Contact requests and release of contact details

1. A verified rescuer or organisation sends a limited transport summary for a suitable flight.
2. The volunteer sees the profile and request summary needed for a decision; contact details remain private.
3. The volunteer accepts or rejects the request.
4. On approval, the parties' current email addresses and phone numbers are released only to each other.
5. Contact details remain private if the request is rejected.

The requester asks for their contact details to be shared on approval, and the volunteer agrees to share theirs by accepting. Approval is not a guarantee of transport. Both parties must confirm all arrangements separately outside the platform.

8. Users' transport responsibilities

Before and during any transport, the parties must carry out the necessary checks within their respective responsibilities. These include, in particular:

• airline approval, booking rules and transport capacity,
• current import/export and customs rules of departure, transit and destination countries,
• microchip, vaccinations, rabies titre test, health certificate and other veterinary documents,
• a suitable carrier, paw welfare and handover and arrival arrangements,
• costs, insurance, emergency arrangements and cancellation plans,
• reasonable confirmation of the other party's identity, authority and current contact details.

Laws and airline rules may change frequently. PawWings content is not personalised legal, veterinary or travel advice. Users must obtain current information from authorities, airlines and authorised vets.

9. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited:

• paw trafficking, commercial sales, exploitation, abuse or unlawful transport,
• false identity, fake references, misleading organisation or flight details,
• spam, harassment, discrimination, threats or endangering other users,
• requesting payment through the platform, acting as an intermediary for commission or publishing undisclosed advertising,
• unauthorised data collection, profile scraping, bulk exports or using contact details for other purposes,
• malware, automated attacks, vulnerability testing without permission or bypassing access controls,
• uploading others' personal data without a legal basis and necessary permissions.

In an emergency or serious paw welfare concern, contact local emergency services, police, customs, a vet or the responsible paw welfare authority rather than PawWings.

10. User content

You retain the rights to uploaded content. You grant PawWings a worldwide, non-exclusive right, limited to the duration of the service and what is necessary to operate it, display content safely, verify it and deliver it to relevant users. You are responsible for publishing the content and holding the necessary rights.

PawWings may remove or restrict unlawful, unsafe, misleading content or content that breaches these terms.

Content moderation is performed only by authorised human review. No automated moderation, profiling or algorithmic decisions are used. Reviews consider lawfulness, prohibited uses, user and paw safety, specificity of allegations and proportionality.

Anyone who believes specific content is unlawful electronic reporting mechanism. Reports are reviewed promptly, carefully, objectively and without arbitrariness. Receipt and a reasoned decision are sent to the reporter by email.

11. Availability and changes

PawWings is a free social responsibility service at an early stage. Uninterrupted, error-free operation or continued availability of a feature is not guaranteed. Parts of the service may change, pause or close for maintenance, security, legal requirements, cost limits or product development. Significant changes will be announced in advance where reasonable.

12. Suspension and account termination

Access to content or features may be restricted and accounts suspended or terminated for security risks, fraud, unlawful use, serious or repeated breaches, or to protect other users. Where there is no urgent risk, we aim to provide a reasonable explanation and available appeal route.

Users may request account closure. Details on deletion and retention are in the Privacy Policy .

When content, a feature or an account is restricted, a specific statement of reasons is sent to the known contact address. It explains the measure, scope, duration, facts, legal or contractual grounds, absence of automated decisions and available appeal options. The user may appealinfo@pawwings.org; appeals are reviewed by a person.

13. Liability

The operator's liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and liability that cannot legally be limited is unlimited. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability for breach of essential obligations needed to achieve the contract's purpose is limited to typical damage foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Within these legal limits, PawWings is not liable for inaccurate or outdated user statements, off-platform behaviour, transport not taking place, airline or authority decisions, or service interruptions beyond its control.

14. Applicable law and disputes

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions in the consumer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected. The operator's place of business is the place of jurisdiction only to the extent that this may be legally agreed.

The operator is not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not currently commit to voluntary participation. Please first use info@pawwings.org to seek a direct resolution first.

15. Changes to the terms

A new version is published when security, legislation or the service changes materially. Significant changes are communicated through an appropriate channel and explicit acceptance is requested where needed. Mandatory rights for transactions completed before the change remain unaffected.

16. Final provisions

If a provision of these terms is invalid, this does not automatically affect the validity of other provisions. No provision shall be interpreted as removing mandatory statutory rights of consumers or data subjects.
