Nature of the project

PawWings began as a non-commercial social responsibility project. It facilitates contact between flight volunteers and verified paw rescuers and organisations. It is not an airline, transport company, travel agency, veterinary service or emergency service.

Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and currently does not commit to participating voluntarily.
